Q: Do you take customs?

A: I do take custom orders! 

Q: Do you take returns? 

A: No, all sales are final.

Q: Are your items made with real flowers? 
A: No, my garments are made with synthetic flowers.

Q: How long do you take to ship out orders?

A: I usually ship orders on or before Tuesday! This means the processing time is between 3-6 days! 

Q: Why can’t you just restock items that sell out? 

A: Every item is handmade and one of a kind. I generally add similar items every other week.  
Q: What happens if my package is damaged or lost by USPS? 

A: I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please contact the courier in this situation. If all else fails, feel free to email me at BriannaMarieArt143@gmail.com and I will see what I can do for you! Please keep in mind that I am a small business selling my art. I’m thankful for all the support and I will try to make it up to you! After the package is marked as delivered, it is out of my hands.
